Liam's 1st Christmas

This holiday season FLEW by! It was seriously here and over before I knew it! I didn't feel like I fully got to enjoy it this year because it was so so busy! My number one New Years resolution is to slow down and enjoy the holiday season! And also start shopping before mid December :) That might help with the craziness! But even though it was quick, it was a great first Christmas with Liam! We were in Houston this year with Trey's family and we had a great time! 

We also spent the majority of our week in and out of the doctors office! Liam had quite the sickly 1st Christmas - ear infection, RSV and a rash on his face from the meds he was on! But despite the snotty nose and coughing, Liam was a trooper and was in a pretty great mood for his first Christmas! It's so sad when he's not feeling well, but it also gives me lots of quality holding and cuddling time :) All he wanted was for me to hold him most of the week, which was just fine with me! 

The weekend after Christmas we got together with Lauri, Kyle and the girls for the kids to exchange gifts! Liam is becoming so much more interactive and he had so much fun watching the girls play and trying to get in on the action too! And he LOVED his block set that they got him :) 

I really really missed my family this year at Christmas and can NOT wait for next weekend to celebrate with them! And I am of course dying to see my nephew Cash!!
