March was another fun month! We started out with my family ( except my mom :( ) coming into town! The boys were so cute together, they are finally buddies! No fighting, hitting or crying this time! It was awesome! We had great weather, so we spent some time at the Aquarium, Klyde Warren Park and cooking out! Liam was so sad to see Pop go - he wouldn't even look at him while he was leaving. It was so sad!
And after a few really nice days.....more snow days! Which I was not complaining about. I love an unexpected day at home with Liam!
For the first time since we all graduated.....we finally planned a College Girls Trip!! All 6 of us drove down to Fredericksburg on a Friday to go wine tasting! We rented an awesome 3 bed / 3 bath house that we all loved! We went to dinners, spent the day wine tasting and had a blast! Plans for the 2nd annual trip are already in the works! Hopefully our new friend Helen will be able to make it next year :)
The last weekend of the month was a blast! Trey and I took Friday off work to take Liam to the zoo. It was the most beautiful weather and the best day for the zoo! He had a blast! Loved all the animals and especially loved the zoo keepers cars :) He's obsessed with trucks and it was pretty much all he wanted to do!
He was so tired after the zoo he fell asleep mid goldfish bite!
That same weekend our best friends from Midland came to visit with their two girls. It was so great to have them here for the weekend and to finally have the kids meet! Liam fell in LOVE with Clare! It was too cute! Clare was so great with him - watching him for us, playing with him, protecting him. She would pick him up and carry him and he would just look at her and smile - it was so cute! Sad to see them go!
