November 2015

As I go through each months pictures, it's no wonder we are exhausted - our lives are so busy! This month was exactly that, but a blast as usual!

Megan and Derek came into town for Derek's birthday and we all went to the cowboys game! It was all of our's first game, except Trey. It was a blast!

Any time Zac Brown comes into town, we try to go and see him. It's always a great concert! We had lawn seats for this show and loved it! Perfect weather!

We hosted our first ever Friendsgiving this year! Awesome food, crazy time with the kids running around - but we hope this tradition continues!

A few of us took a trip to Lubbock and went to our first Tech home game in years! The weekend was awesome, we acted like we were in college again - which was a good and bad thing :) I don't think anyone was feeling great on the drive home Sunday, but we would all agree it was worth it!

Shocker, but I had a list of "Holiday Activities" that I wanted to do with Liam this year. One of them was to see the Trains at Northpark. He LOVES trains and I knew he would love this exhibit. And of course he did - he would have stayed for hours if we would have let him.

These pictures are funny because of a conversation I always have with my girlfriends. We always laugh at how everyone's life looks so perfect on social media. They have the perfect smiling pics of their kids, the perfect vacations, the perfect life. When really this is what goes down behind the scenes. We had a fun little cookie making session - Liam was loving it! The cute pictures show it all :) Until 5 seconds after I had to put them in the oven instead of eat them right away, and the last picture happened. Our picture perfect cookie session got thrown right back into reality :)

We spent Thanksgiving in Lubbock this year! We combined Thanksgiving and Christmas into one trip, since we wouldn't be with them for Christmas this year!

So Thanksgiving dinner and christmas gifts happened all on the same day :) We also took the kids on the Polar Express. It was priceless. The look on their faces made it all worth it - the price, the mud, the rain, the freezing cold we stood in - was all worth the look on their faces the whole time. It was great. Liam LOVED Santa this year! He was in such awe when he saw him, it was the cutest!

We also got to see Trey's family in Lubbock, they were there spending the holiday with Meme and Bebe!

Family pictures! Of course, Liam refused to smile or cooperate so they aren't as good as I had hoped, but cute ones none the less!

Randoms from the month!
