1st day of School!

Friday the 30th was the perfect day for me to go back to work and start Liam at his new school. It was the day before a holiday weekend and it was our last Friday of summer hours - which means I went in at 8 and left at 1!  Knowing it was a short day, made my first day back a little more manageable!

I actually handled it much better than I thought I would! I did cry that morning while I was feeding him :) but no tears once I got there! I teared up, but kept it in!  But I swear his eyes followed us all the way out the door wondering why we were leaving him, it made me so sad!!!

Good news is they said he was awesome! He ate well, slept well and wasn't fussy at all! They said he was smiling a lot at them and they talked about how cute he is and how cute his dimples are :) made me feel a lot better about leaving him again on Tuesday!
