3 Months Old!

Liam is 3 months old! Sounds so cliche, but time really has flown by! It seems like just yesterday we were leaving the hospital!

Liam has hit lots of developmental milestones this month! 

- Liam is sleeping through the night!!!  It's been about 3 or 4 weeks since I have fed Liam in the middle of the night! He sleeps from 8 or 830 at night until 6am! Just in time for me to go back to work, thank goodness!

- He thinks its hilarious when you stick your tongue out at him and he loves to do it back! Him and Trey could play this game for hours!

- He rolled over from his tummy to his back!! He has only done this a few times, but I was shocked when I went in one day during a nap and he was on is back! I think it shocked (and scared) him too because he was screaming crying!

- His head and neck control are so good! We hardly have to support him at all anymore! I even got him to sit in the bumbo on his own!!

- His legs are also getting a lot stronger and his new thing is standing while you hold him! He straightens legs and just smiles the whole time! He is also starting to "jump" while he's standing!

- While sitting in the bumbo, I put a rattle in front of him! He slowly but surely reached down and picked it up, first time he has done that without me actually putting the rattle in his hand. 

- And my favorite milestone... He finally laughed at me!! It was more of a giggle, but it was so cute! I always talk about him "laughing" because he gets this look on his face when he's really happy that totally looks like he's silently laughing! Well he finally did today while I was singing to him and bouncing him on my knees! He thought it was hilarious :)

- He is becoming very vocal these days! He will "talk" back to you all day long, he loves to be talked to! He also talks to the animals hanging from how bouncy seat!! He does this all the time, Trey and I just sit and laugh! 

We also finished his first full week of school! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I was also never so ready for the weekend to be here! I was ready to have a full day just hanging out with Liam! He is doing great at school! The teachers love him and tell me everyday what a great baby he is! He eats and sleeps better at school than he does at home!! Makes it a lot easier dropping him off everyday!
